**What We’re Looking For**:
**Relevant Qualifications**: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in either Food Science, Packaging technology, Industrial/Chem engineering

- **Academic Excellence**: Minimum 65% academic result.
- **Communication**: Strong communicator, fluent in English.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Excellent reasoning, numeracy, and analytical skills.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work cross-functionally.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours.
- **Drive**: Self-starter, service-oriented, highly tenacious, self-disciplined, and results-focused.
