**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.

**2. Client Database Expansion**:

- Research and identify potential clients to expand our client database.
- Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and promote our services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requirements in the database.

**3. Recruitment Administration**:

- Manage job postings on various platforms and ensure they are up to date.

**4. Recruitment Resourcer Duties**:

- Proactively contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

**5. Database Management**:

- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Generate reports and analytics to track recruitment metrics and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a recruitment agency or a related field, such as digital marketing, is advantageous.
- Related Degree or similar
- 3-5 years strong communication, social media and recruitment experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and database management systems.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recruitment administration tasks.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
