**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Monitor and Patrol Premises**:

- Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
- Investigate disturbances.
- **Access Control**:

- Verify the identity of individuals entering or leaving the premises.
- Manage and control access to restricted areas.
- Ensure all visitors are logged in and escorted when necessary.
- **Incident Response**:

- Respond to emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or security breaches.
- Follow established emergency protocols and ensure the safety of all individuals during incidents.
- Investigate and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- **Report Writing**:

- Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and security reports.
- Document any irregularities, including property damage, trespassing, or theft.
- **Enforce Policies and Regulations**:

- Enforce company policies regarding safety, security, and conduct.
- Prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the premises.
- Address and de-escalate conflicts or disputes between individuals on the premises.
- **Loss Prevention**:

- Monitor and prevent theft, property damage, or any illegal activities on-site.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when required.
- **Customer Service**:

- Assist visitors and employees with directions, information, or other needs.
- Provide a visible security presence to deter criminal activities.
- **Safety Inspections**:

- Inspect security systems, doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are properly functioning.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate departments.
