Mooya is seeking a Finance graduate for employment in the Pretoria and Polokwane for a Finance intern role.

Purpose of this Role:
Responsible for overall customer billing, and collection of outstanding accounts receivable.

Primary role accountability:

- Prepare and update monthly customer invoices and send them out.
- Assist with customer account queries to ensure timeous payment
- Monthly analysis of billing reports and identify variances
- Update customer master file with contact information
- Obtain the POs and check to ensure that they correspond with the monthly billing
- Providing courteous and efficient service, while working in harmony as a team player
- Weekly reports to be provided to management with regards to total income billed
- Assist in Management account preparation

Critical requirements: Skills, experience, and qualifications:

- Degree or Diploma in Financial Management or Accounting.
- Essential Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
- Degree or Diploma in Financial related qualification.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong excel skills and financial background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience with Either:

- Sound understanding of marketing communications
- The ability to problem-solve
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills
- Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements
