Role is Full-time on site.

**Pur**pose of the role**:

- As Account Manager/Trainer you will be the primary [pint of contact for all queries relating to the online software problems. You will be part of a customer support team and not be required to manage a team.

**Qualifi**catio**ns and Experience Required**:

- Degree or Diploma in Business or IT
- 5 to 6 years’ experience where you have been responsible for liaising with and supporting Client’s software through problem solving and training.

Skills required:

- Skilled at learning and developing in-depth knowledge of software products
- Skilled at Account Management and comfortable to be the first line of contact post implementation
- Skilled in onboarding Clients and partners
