My client is looking for an **experienced Baker with knowledge and hands-on experience including baking croissants from scratch**. My client wants a loyal employee that can prove themselves to the business and bring a great attitude with high volume experience to the table.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a wide variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies, according to established recipes and standards.
- Special Focus on Croissant Production:

- Master the art of croissant-making, including laminating dough, shaping, and baking to achieve perfect layers and a flaky texture.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of croissants, including various fillings and glazes.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
- Assist in the production of special orders and custom creations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, including dough handling, proofing, and baking.
- Demonstrated expertise in croissant production is not negotiable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for baking.

Pay: R9 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
