Microsoft SharePoint Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, maintain, and support the current and new SharePoint sites based on business requirements,
- Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
- Develop workflows as per business requirement using Microsoft Power Platform (incl. Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents),
- Participate in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) phases especially solution design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of SharePoint sites,
- Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet.
- Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
- Providing SharePoint support and end-user training.
- Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.
- Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.
- Reviewing usage and activity reports and adjustments ensure optimized user-experiences.
- Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments.
- Assist with migration from older SharePoint to SharePoint Online

Qualifications and Experience:
**Required (not-negotiable)**
- Grade 12 Senior Certificate (Matric)

**Tertiary Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Power BI development
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate
- MCSE: SharePoint (or equivalent)
- Experience of SharePoint 2013-2019 & Online
- Experience with SharePoint Development
- Proven experience with MS Teams integration.
- Dynamics 365 Development
- Azure Certifications
- Office 365 MS-100 & MS-101

**Job Types**: Temporary, Temp to perm
Contract length: 36 months

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
