Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely technical support staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system and network problems, including connectivity, printers, and mobile devices.
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems by monitoring for breaches and enforcing security protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Assist in the setup and deployment of new IT equipment and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications:
**Required**:

- Proven experience as an IT Technician, Desktop Support, or relevant position (or demonstrable equivalent experience).
- Solid knowledge of computer systems, networks (LAN/WAN), and common operating systems (Windows, etc.).
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Or IT Qualifications.
- Relevant IT certifications.
- Experience with server administration (Windows ) or cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
