Overseeing Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting implementation and monitoring;

- Implementing Risk Documentation and Management in User Departments;
- Monitoring Risk Management practices and facilitating simulation exercises;
- Managing and providing oversight on Business Projects;
- Creating and Maintaining Bank-Wide Policies and Procedures;
- Internal investigation;
- Incident response;
- Fraud management;
- Update and enhancement of BCP;
- Accurate and Timely weekly reporting for BCE on:

- Arrears management &
- Expired accounts.
- Continuous management and maintenance of:

- The Classified List.
- Credit Watchlist.
- Large Exposure Report.
- Securities and Security 2 Reports.
- Preparation of DCF and Provisioning Papers.
- Correct recording of weekly BCE Meeting Minutes.
- Assisting in Internal and External Audit queries that may be raised.
- Assist in system automation projects and undertake UAT on Credit Projects that may be on the go from time to time.
- Assist the Credit Reporting Officer across the respective reports that fall within the ambit of the Credit Operations Department.
- Assist in handing over of accounts to the Credit Risk Team - Stage 3 Accounts.
- Working closely with Front Office in addressing and ensuring the timeous remediation of ‘out-of-order’ accounts.
