Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Laboratory Analyst to join their team in Richards Bay. This individual will be responsible for carrying out analytical methods and standard operating practices and reporting the results thereof to a high degree of precision and accuracy, ensuring that an effective and high-quality analytical service is provided. To meet reporting deadlines on the various types of samples/commodities submitted to the laboratory, analytical evaluation of results and ensure that all Quality Control measures are upheld to the highest standard, whilst ensuring the impartiality and confidentiality of results.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE
**Required Competencies**

**Required Qualifications**
- Diploma / Certificate in Analytical Chemistry.
**Required work experience**
- Minimum 3 years Analytical Laboratory experience with XRF Analysis or Coal Analysis.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 17025:2017.
