A vacancy exists within Field Services, Cape Town, Western Cape branch for a Junior Technician. The position requires one to have technical proficiency in IT related hardware and software. Extended working hours and long distance travelling are fundamental requirements

**Duties include but not limited to**:
Maintenance and Projects
- Diagnostics, fault-finding and problem solving
- Hardware and software support (on-site)
- Network installations and support

Tools Management
- Boot stock management
- Hardware and Software tools

Administration
- Reconciliations (Petty Cash, Overtime, vehicle logs, etc.)
- Stock control
- Electronic Job Cards
- Checklists & Audits
- Installation documentation

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Good people/customer skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good reporting skills
- Good Technical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Grade 12 Qualification ( or equivalent)
- A+ & N+ is a minimum requirement
- MS Windows (7,8,10) support skills are vital
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Driver’s license is essential
- Passport Advantageous

Pay: R6 000,00 - R7 000,00 per month
