As one of the first** Content Writers** at Invictus Capital, you'll be responsible for promoting the Invictus Brand to increase our global presence.

**What you’ll do**:
**Overview**:

- Develop, long and short form editorial online content for press releases, educational and social media to increase social engagement, web traffic, sign ups and investments, build brand and educate investors
- Develop content specific to each platform, driving brand, product and key initiatives to audiences
- Drive engagement in developing engaging posts, polls and stories to grow communities

**Writing**:

- Produce quality written content for blog, news articles, web copy, events and social media
- Research competitors to understand market themes and develop key communication as part of mix
- Develop a social media strategy per platform (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit and Quora)
- Develop ideas to activate specific audiences, though exciting copy for promotions,and events
- Develop social posts for top performing keywords
- Content ideas and copy generation for blog posts and social platforms
- Testing content results and optimizing messaging
- Writing of short snippets for weekly mailers, business development communication and others
- Managing Twitter, Instagram and required platforms content plans
- Mobilise community with quizzes, surveys and promotions
- Work with community managers to translate and distribute content across territories

**Engagement**:

- Manage social media calendar
- Track audience growth and engagement
- Sharing, commenting, following and engaging on all social platforms
- Develop social posts on trending topics - ability to react and produce content quickly
- Develop bespoke advertising, and organic campaigns to grow and engage High Net Worth Audiences including attracting Institutional Customers

**Operational**:

- Prepare weekly/monthly content schedule
- Editing copy and meticulous attention to grammar
- Tracking community engagement on posts, growth and signups from posts
- Work closely with business development team, analyst team and determine content which will drive and assist in achieving revenue
- Develop messaging matrix for content per quarter per fund, product, business category
- Preparing analytic reports weekly/monthly tracking agreed metrics and KPIs

**What you’ll bring**:

- Degree in PR/Journalism/Digital Media/ would be preferable
- Journalist or writer with digital flair
- Solid English language proficiency
- Keep updated on social media trends
- Understanding of Hootsuite and Google Analytics
- Understanding of crypto/Fintech/blockchain advantageous
- Having worked in a digital or social media agency advantageous
- Having worked with and created Institutional grade content
