Workshop Manager

**THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP OR REPUTABLE AFTERMARKET EXPERIENCE**

This is a family owned, approved RMI franchised aftermarket centre, providing top quality service and guaranteed workmanship. Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee technical and front-line staff and implement workshop procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring “fix first time”, maximising productivity and efficiency without compromising profitability and service excellence. You will manage job cards, warranties, invoicing and ordering parts, as well as problem solving and offering technical advice. The company is offering a generous salary package with above average incentives. Workdays are Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.

**Job Requirements**
Must have a Technical Qualification

A valid Drivers License

Must have at least 2 years of Workshop Management experience in a reputable dealership or aftermarket centre.

Must be computer literate.

Must have knowledge of warranty procedures.

A stable work history

Reliable and contactable references

** You need to live in the area or be prepared to relocate at short notice**
