**Purpose of the Job**:
The main purpose of the position is to assist the Imports supply line coordinators with administrative tasks. This includes validating transport POD's, capturing shipments and investigating DC claims. The position is also responsible for all vessel tracking on our system.

**Job Objectives**:

- Validate transporter POD’s
- Upload invoices for approval
- Capture shipments on the transporter tracking reports
- Investigations of DC claims.
- Capturing shipments on system
- Vessel Tracking on system

**Qualifications**:
Grade 12

**Experience**:
Minimum of 1 year's administrative experience within an Imports environment.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills
- High level knowledge of importation processes
- Computer literacy - Excel.
