**Key Deliverables**
Pre-sales Architecture
- Work closely with Sales, Account Management and Service Delivery teams to design solutions and architectures that align with customers business requirements.
- Conceptualise and design technical solutions required to address customer requirements and recommend solutions which balance business returns and value to clients.
- Contribute to the development, review and analysis of the IoT Products and Services roadmaps to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Lead the development and delivery of customised Use-Case demonstrations and Proof of Concept initiatives.
- Own the technical relationship with customers and provide prescriptive guidance on security, cost, performance, reliability, operational efficiency and best-practice architectures.
- Design IoT product-specific pre-sales architecture within approved operational limits, as per product specifications.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, explaining and expounding on IoT
- Product and Services offerings, to existing as well as prospective clients.
- Lead the overall technical design and build of the custom elements of the solution to meet client business requirements.
- Provide pre-sales technical support and expertise in response to client requirements, by examining client infrastructure, architecture, system capabilities and business challenges.
- Own the proposed IoT solution and transition the implementation to the Delivery team.
- Work with IoT Products and Alliances teams to leverage partnerships for complex solutions that may be outside of clients expertise.
- Provide solution training to the internal commercial team, customers, partners, and resellers to transfer IoT product knowledge.
- Engage with customers, partners, and resellers as a trusted technology advisor

**Education**:

- Minimum of 3-year diploma preferably in an ICT discipline.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience working within a business solutions pre-sales environment,
- servicing clients.
- Deep understanding of Telemetry, Internet of Things (IoT) or Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
- Experience engaging with and providing Telecom solutions to senior stakeholders within large
- enterprise client accounts.
- Experience working in a medium sized organisation
