**Function of the Role**
**Duties**
- Database maintenance and management
- Adhoc outbound telesales calls
- Assist Hotels & Members with voucher redemption queries
- Assist Members visiting Regional Office
- Monitor and manage suspended member records between hotels and OCIS system
- Dispatch Prokard collateral to hotels
- Adhoc Prokard Operational Tasks
**Required Experience & Qualifications**
- A recognized Hospitality qualification would be advantageous
- At least 1- 2 years Call Centre experience within a Hotel environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Working Knowledge in Opera PMS
- English and Afrikaans speaking with a 3rd language advantageous
