**Duties**:

- Secretarial duties, including drafting correspondence, typing and maintaining an efficient filing system
- Administering and managing departmental payments, reconciliations and budget allocations
- Managing the Marketing Manager’s daily diary
- Organising, drafting and sending agendas and minutes for both internal and external meetings
- Arranging business trips
- Workflow control and ongoing administrative support to the Marketing Manager Liaise and manage relationships with both internal parties and external providers
- Prepare and collate high quality PowerPoint and other presentations for the Marketing Manager, for both internal and external events and training
- Managing the promotional products process for events, public relations, give-aways and more Special projects and deadlines as assigned by the Marketing Manager

**Required skills, knowledge and attributes**:

- Grade 12 and relevant studies (Secretarial / PA) is a prerequisite, alternatively 3 or more years relevant experience in a similar PA role
- An in-depth knowledge of policies, procedures, and routines in order to provide information to both internal and external parties
- A high level of experience in diary/meeting and office, travel and itinerary management
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communications skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organisational skills and professional work approach.
- Excellent computer skills on office administrative packages (MS OFFICE) incl. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and other programs like and Zoom, Skype
- The ability to deal and interact with high profile clients and senior executives
- Ability to agree and achieve deadlines and function in stressful environment
- Ability to prioritise tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexibility in respect of time and mobility
