**Purpose of the Job**:
To assist clients telephonically and electronically by taking their orders. Selling and upselling pharmaceutical lines. Ensuring stock is available.

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Capturing of orders
- Phone Customers for orders and capture onto system
- Customer service and relationship building
- Close deals over the telephone
- Reduce the number of drop calls to zero
- Perform any other reasonable Telesales ad hoc duties

**Job Objectives**:

- Capture orders
- Receive phone calls or faxed orders and accurately capture onto the system
- Phone customers for orders and capture onto the system
- Customer service and relationship building
- Close deals over the telephone
- Reduce the number of drop calls to zero
- Assist with other duties and departments in accordance with operational requirements

**Qualifications**:**
Essential**
- Grade 12 qualification

**Experience**:**
Essential**
- Minimum 1 years of working experience as Telesales Clerk or similar customer service or sales role

**Desirable**
- Experience in a similar environment and industry

**Knowledge and Skills**:**
Essential**:

- Bilingual preferably fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good customer service skills
- Able to multitask
- Good team player
- Good customer service skills

**Desirable**
- Pharmaceutical product knowledge
- Working knowledge of the POS-i-TILL system
