A company based in Fourways is seeking to employ a Financial Administrator.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial administration.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Accounting
- Knowledge of Sage One is essential

**Duties**
- Gathering, analysing, and interpreting relevant financial data.
- Assist in preparation of management accounts through compiling financial reports,
- Prepare budgets and keep records of invoices and tax payments for submission to the Financial Manager
- Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations.
- Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions.
- Review and process reimbursements
- Monthly VAT returns, tax and statutory compliance.
- Cashbook processing and maintaining the fixed asset register Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses.
- Provide assistance in the financial management and statutory reporting function
- Accurate and timely processing of journal entries for month end/year end reporting purposes
- Proactively gather and communicate timely feedback to appropriate departments in respect to market intelligence, competitive activities, trends, threats etc.
- Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial admin
