**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the **complete veldskoen manufacturing process**:

- Implement and maintain **quality control systems**:

- Create and improve **production systems and workflows**:

- Supervise staff and train new team members on manufacturing techniques
- Ensure efficiency, consistency, and high-quality output in every pair
- Collaborate with design and development for new products
- Maintain machinery and ensure workplace safety

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in veldskoen or leather footwear manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of **cutting, stitching, lasting, and finishing**:

- Ability to implement **systems and processes for efficient production**:

- High attention to detail and a commitment to **quality assurance**:

- Leadership ability and hands-on involvement in daily production
- Knowledge of leather types, soles, and traditional craftsmanship
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in veldskoen or related shoe manufacturing
- Experience with **traditional crepe soles and kudu leather**:

- Strong understanding of **lean manufacturing principles** is a plus

Pay: R8 000,00 - R14 000,00 per month
