**Introduction**

Our client, a beverage manufacturer is seeking a Marketing & Promotions Assistant who will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing department's efforts to promote their brand and products. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will assist in various marketing activities and initiatives, helping to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Management**: Help manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Engage with followers and monitor online conversations.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights. Compile data and create reports to assist in decision-making.
- **Event Support**: Assist in planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, and product launches. Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support as needed.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize tools and analytics to monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, design, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Manage administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing files, payments and ordering marketing materials

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content creation.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with marketing software and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques.
- Previous experience in a marketing or related role is a plus.
