**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Job Purpose**
We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) for Otraco Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd, reporting to the HR Business Lead. This role will be based in Wapadrand, Pretoria.
Otraco Southern Africa is a key part of Bridgestone’s strategy to enhance mobility solutions and tyre-centric services across all market segments. As part of Bridgestone's initiative to improve these services, the company recognized a need for specific mining services and enhancements within the mining sector. The acquisition of Otraco Southern Africa, with its expertise in tyre management systems, creates a valuable opportunity to expand and strengthen Bridgestone's mobility solutions in this important market.

**Qualifications & Experience Required**
**Education, Master, other certification**:
- Grade 12 National Senior Certificate.
- A valid and appropriate light vehicle driver’s license (South African Code 08).
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in HR or related field.
- Post Graduate Studies/Certifications (advantageous).
**Experience (years)**:
- 5+ years in a previous HR role, preferably as an HRBP or similar position.
- 3+ years experience in employee engagement, talent management, labour law, and business partnership.
**Skills**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience with HR technology and data analytics.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
