Our team is recruiting a UM for a medium-sized hospital to ensure that the theatre conforms to all medico-legal aspects relative to the healthcare industry and to ensure the highest quality of services are provided to all participating doctors, patients, and staff.

**Requirements**:

- BCur Degree or relevant management qualification
- Valid SANC registration
- Additional qualification in Operating Theatre Nursing Science
- Experience in leading, managing and supporting a large team of individuals
- Compliance with the SANC Code for a Registered Nurse and all applicable health care legislations
- Compulsory BLS Certification
- Advanced computer literacy
- Good understanding of labour legislation
- Good understanding of financial and chain management principles
- Able to work flexible hours

**Job Type**: Permanent

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
