Looking for a live in caretaker/ handyman/property manager

Plumbing, Electrical, tiling, painting, welding, carpentry etc

Drivers license a must.

Job entails general maintenance, cleaning, gardening, plus renovation and construction.

Additionally you will be responsible for dealing with tenants, showing the property and placing tenants. You can earn additional commission for marketing the available units and placing tenants

Property located close to Jeppes Boys high, on the border of Jeppestown and Kensington.

Job covers commune with 26 rooms, plus 7 apartments in Berea and Yeoville. Package is a basic of R5000- R8000, depending on experience, plus free accommodation at the commune.

Additionally you can earn commission for placing tenants

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month
