Novus Print: Montague Gardens is seeking to appoint two General Assistants within the Despatch department. The successful incumbent will report to the Despatch Shift Leader.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver client requests on time
- Data capturing which is essential to this role
- Print and generate packing stickers
- Gathering and packing of printed material
- Maintaining safe occupational health and safety standards
- Ad-hoc tasks include general housekeeping and general assistant duties required from time to time

**Educational Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent

**Experience Requirements**:

- 1-2 years' experience in a FMCG despatch environment will be advantageous

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Show initiative to improve the work environment
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Safety consciousness
- Be physically fit for the work environment
- Computer literate, basic knowledge of CAD
- Able to work under pressure
