Junior Draftsman

**Position Summary**:
**Education/Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Diploma in CAD is preferred

**Key Responsibilities**:

- D**rawing Production**:

- Create detailed and accurate technical drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
- Interpret project requirements and translate them into precise drawings.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members to ensure drawings meet project specifications.
- Communicate effectively to gather necessary information for drawing production.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design standards.
- Make revisions as necessary to meet project requirements.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of all drawings and revisions.
- Ensure drawings are properly archived and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a draftsman or similar role.
- Proficient in using CAD software for technical drawing production, specifically Solidworks.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methods.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality drawings.
