**Job Purpose**:
The Control Room CCTV Operator will be responsible for ensuring the effective monitoring of Thelistence Program, promptly identifying and responding to security incidents, and maintaining a secure environment. The controller should possess excellent attention to detail, strong observational skills, vigilant individual and the ability to make quick and informed decisions. Additionally, experience with Eocortex & Axis, would be beneficial for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Emergency Response**:

- Contact emergency or relevant emergency providers as needed.

2. **High-Profile Client Protection**:

- Provide specialized monitoring and protection for high-profile residents.

3. **Incident Response**:

- Respond promptly to security incidents by reacting to the situation and taking appropriate action.
- Maintain detailed incident logs and provide accurate and timely reports to the appropriate authorities.

4. **System Maintenance**:

- Conduct regular checks on surveillance equipment, alarm systems, and vehicle monitoring systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Report any malfunctions, faults, or irregularities to the designated technical support team and control room manager.

5. **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of surveillance activities, incidents, and responses.
- Generate detailed reports for management, summarizing daily activities and incidents.

6. **Surveillance Monitoring**
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems, including Exocortex & Axis to ensure the continuous observation of designated areas.
- Detect and analyze suspicious activities or security breaches through surveillance cameras.
