- Matric

**Requirements**:

- 5 Years full function creditors (foreign) with book value exceeding R4 million
- Experience on MS Office and Syspro essential

Duties
- Capture supplier invoices (local and foreign)
- Obtain and reconcile supplier statements to creditors module
- Deal with supplier queries
- Process and administer new supplier take-on process (documentation from both parties)
- Load weekly payments
- Load new banking details (including verifications)
- Obtain and monitor supplier BBBEE Certificates and levels
- Distribute petty cash requests
- Assist with reception duties when required
- Assist with Vat, export and other queries
- Assist the Financial Controller and FM with day to day tasks when required
- Prepare monthly supplier recons
- Import supplier payments into the bank
