Key Relationships**:Internally**: Workshop Foreman / Controller & Admin Office / Capacity Planner / Service Manager / Parts Manager
**Externally**: All Customers & Sub-let Suppliers
Main Purpose of Position: To strive in providing customers with a professional service experience whilst ensuring adequate communication between customers, parts and service departments in achieving customer satisfaction goals
**Minimum Job Requirements**:
Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Computer literate (Office Suite)
Driver’s license
Motor dealership industry (technical experience)
