**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support for user and device related issues.
- Service incidents and requests related to various internal platforms and services.
- Proactively identifying the root cause of issues and recommending and implementing solutions.
- Manage and maintain back-end infrastructure (e.g. Active Directory, Azure/Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, AWS, GCP, Windows Server etc.).
- Demonstrate involvement in projects that span the entire lifecycle from planning and design, through deployment, configuration, and migration.
- Host weekly technical inductions for assigned business region.
- Execution of periodic infrastructure and security checklists.
- Identify and automate repetitive tasks.
- Creating and maintaining procedural and design documentation where necessary.
- Take part in defined out of hours support rotation.

**Qualifications**
- Self-starter, who can work independently, with and across teams.
- Manage priorities and work independently where required.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and can be relied upon to deliver, irrespective of circumstances.
- Working directly with project teams to implement processes and technology that support various technical and business functions.
- Knowledge of public Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with networking principles and implementation.
- Experience with device management (SCCM, MSEM etc.).
- Experience with security hardening.
- Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Python etc).

**Salary**: R138,334.54 - R625,837.32 per year
