**What You Can Expect**:
The Inventory Controller is responsible for ensuring accurate continuous inventory records and internal controls for the Warehouse. This includes cycle counts for Warehouse and Consignment stock and perpetual inventory adjustments for these counts. am.

**How You Create Impact**:

- Assist in cycle counts for the Warehouse and the consignment are accurate, reasonable and completed in a timely manner.
- Receiving of product from suppliers according to the inbound processes within SAP.
- Coordinates and reports on the status of inventory levels in the Warehouse, making use of systems in place, such as SAP.
- Inventory control / record integrity
- Monitor expiring and quality hold stock (internal and external)
- Coordinate product recall activities
- Maintain accurate records
- Inventory Management
- Reviews instrument and inventory productivity with Regional Sales Managers
- Recommends adjustments to inventory / instrument levels to maximize performance
- Support Internal / External Customers
- Provide reports and analysis to support product placement decisions
- Supports systems including SAP and MS Office suite
- Assist Sales Reps as required in servicing of the daily surgery schedules
- Manage daily replenishments to customer consignments and branches

**Other responsibilities**
- Ensure good housekeeping at all times
- Comply with health and safety standards
- Comply with all SOP’s and Works Instructions
- Need to work overtime and shifts as and when required
- Work weekends as and when required

**What Will Make You Stand Out**:

- Grade 12 with Diploma or Higher Certificate
- 3-4 years’ Experience required in Inventory Control or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years’ progress experience in Distribution Planning

- Proficiency with computers using Microsoft Office Suite, SAP and statistical analysis; advance knowledge of distribution, inventory and business systems.
- Has ability to build and develop professional relationships both internally and externally with customers.
