**Mission**:
To provide our clients with complete peace of mind
- knowing that they can trust us to proactively drive, manage and fulfil their BEE, Skills Development and Employment Equity requirements in a well organised, well communicated, technically correct and legally compliant manner.
**General Outputs**:
- **_Excellent communication levels:_**
- Client is well aware of agreed strategy at all times
- BEE Clients: quarterly strategy status meetings are held with Client Management.
- Client timeline is maintained and sent to the client monthly as part of the Monthly status report.
- All correspondence is professionally written with no spelling errors or grammatical mistakes.
- Clients are responded to within the working day.
- Comprehensive and up-to-date Monthly Status reports are sent to the client by the 7th of each month.
**_2. _**
**_Documentation is correct and accurate:_**
- All documents, reports, agreements and submissions are always double-checked by the consultant before being sent to clients and/or third party service providers; and are correct, accurate and do not contain mistakes.
- Documents/ reports etc are compiled using the correct PeopleWise template document ; thus consistently formatted with the same font throughout, and looking neat and professional, and complete.
**_3. _**
**_Good Technical knowledge:_**
- Information given to clients, reports/ documentation generated and interpretations are at all times technically correct and in accord with current legislation. If there is ever any doubt, doublecheck the respective legislation and consult with a knowledgeable colleague.
**_4. _**
**_A measured, well organised strategy and implementation is maintained for the client:_**
- A well organised annual strategy with agreed timelines is agreed with the client at the beginning of the year. The Consultant and PeopleWise Management will attend this meeting. The Annual Timeline template is to be used to capture the outputs of this meeting, must be maintained at all times and sent to the client monthly as part of the Monthly Status Report.
- The consultant actively drives the implementation of this Timeline to ensure all agreed deadline dates are met. If the client’s actions are impeding meeting the deadlines, the outstanding requirement list must be presented at the weekly PeopleWise operations meeting so corrective action can be agreed and taken.

**_5. _**
**_Accurate records and client files are maintained at all times:_**
- Clients’ BEE files are up-to date by the end of each working week.
- All necessary information is requested when each relevant filing season opens, is obtained and filed in the client’s file.
- BEE Checklists are prepared for each client and kept up to date at all times.
- The checklists will be reviewed at the weekly operations meeting. The checklist will detail the status of all completed and any outstanding items. Actions to rectify outstanding items will be updated at the weekly operations meeting and dealings with the client on the matter(s) will be effectively managed to enhance client relations and to stay ahead of deadlines._

**Specific BEE outputs**:
- All relevant documentation is requested from the client within 1 month of the start of their financial year. An estimated Year-end BEE Scorecard with relevant targets is generated for the clients within 6 weeks of the start of the financial year.
- A BEE Strategy meeting with held with the client and PeopleWise Management where the Scorecard and proposed Action plans are discussed and agreed upon.
- The BEE Action Plan is generated within 3 days of the BEE Strategy meeting and implementation is started immediately.
- All BEE Strategy and Actions records are to be kept up to date, reviewed monthly at the Operations Meeting and are to be filed in the correct folder.
- The BEE Checklist must be updated weekly, outstanding items identified, and action and deadline to obtain them agreed at the weekly Operations Meeting.
- The consultant actively drives the implementation of the BEE Strategy to ensure all agreed deadline dates are met. If the client’s actions are impeding the meetings of these deadlines, the outstanding requirement list must be presented at the weekly PeopleWise operations meeting so corrective interaction with the client can be agreed and taken.
- Year-to-date BEE Strategy meetings are to be held quarterly with Management to monitor the status of the BEE Strategy and any outstanding items.
- Accurate minutes with no spelling mistakes, incorrect grammar or inconsistent formatting are produced within 3 days of the meeting, and signed off and filed within 10 days of the Committee meeting.
- BEE files are to be completely up-to-date and accurate with all required information as per the Checklist.
- BEE Ratings are to be booked at least 6 weeks before the expiry of the current BEE certificate.
