**A vacancy exists for a Clinic Co-ordinator (Paterson Grade C4) - Paarl Clinic Department**
Purpose of the Job
- Supervisory position
- Ensure adequate blood collection by motivating staff and staffing clinics efficiently
- Responsible for time and attendance administration
- Responsible for budget control and smooth running of Paarl Clinic Department
- Provide ongoing staff training and development
- Ensure clinic standardization and donor satisfaction by regularly visiting clinics
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards as prescribed by the OHS Act
- Cultivate a Continuous Improvement culture within the Department
Minimum Requirements
- B Tech/ National Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with SANC
- An unendorsed code 08 driver’s licence
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Computer literate
- Demonstrable leadership and influencing skills
- Provable co-ordination and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Willing to relocate to Paarl / Wellington area
