Art Director/digital Creative Specialist

We are searching for an incredibly talented art director that is able to provide innovative creative direction, and who is able to:
Contribute concepts and fresh ideas to the team for a range of exciting brands
Have a high level of involvement in client meetings and presentations. Being able to represent the creative team.
Ensure that creative pieces are aligned with the desires of the target audience and that they meet campaign objectives.
Provide creative direction for all briefing processes and to ensure synergy and consistency through various media channels
Make sure to timeously and accurately meet creative deliverables to ensure that we achieve business objectives
Create incredible concepts and guide directions for campaigns
Develop moodboards and storyboards for static and motion graphic projects, from ideation all the way to final delivery.
**Responsibilities**:
Primary focus will be on creating the leading concepts and designs, with attention to detail when it comes to digital. This will include social first content, design, presentations, asset production, mock-up visuals etc.
Ensure that the creative team and manager are kept in sync throughout the project in order to meet timelines.
Cultivate strong relationships and contribute to a great culture with clients as well as agency team members.
Bring incredible ideas and creative to life.
Positive, solution-orientated and get it done attitude.
Ensure that work is consistently executed to a high standard and on time.
**Requirements**:
A minimum of four years’ experience as a art director/digital creative specialist (from agency, inhouse or design studio)
A visual communications degree or diploma in art direction. Alternatively, a degree in fine art/design/communication that shows competence in visual skills.
Ability to bring innovative ideas that connect to the customer
A motivated team player that is passionate about their work and makes the extra effort
High standards are a must.
Can comfortably use various design software such as CC Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Brilliant art direction and unique thought approach
Proven to work in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to support with motion designs would be a bonus (however, this is not essential)
