**Job Description**:
Overall, a Technical Lead is responsible for the technical success of a project. They should be able to manage the technical aspects of a project while also guiding and mentoring their team members to achieve project goals.
The Technical Lead should work alongside the Product Manager to understand, agree, and ultimately deliver on the Products short term goals and long-term Vision.

Working in a team of developers, QA analysts, Business Analysts, Support Staff and a Product Development Manager, good interpersonal communication skills are required, not just to keep the team up to date with progress, but to promote discussion on new ideas and to create an overall collaborative environment within the team

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Software development or BSc/BA in Computer Science as a major, Engineering or a related field
- Cloud certification in Azure
- Minimum 7-10 Years’ Experience
- Practical experience and a good understanding of the following skills, patterns, and technologies;
- C# or.Net related qualification
- Blazor, TailwindCSS
- ASP.NET Core 5/6, Web API
- SQL Language
- PostgreSQL
- Unit Testing and Integration testing
- Application Architecture and design
- SOLID design principles
- Git Source Control
- Docker Containers
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Azure DevOps
- Micro Services
- Attention to detail

- **Technical Architecture**

The Technical Lead is responsible for designing and developing the technical architecture of a project. They need to have a strong understanding of various software development principles and practices, including software design patterns, system architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
- ** Project Management**

The Technical Lead is responsible for managing the technical aspects of a project,

including setting technical direction, managing scope, estimating effort, tracking

progress, and managing risk. They may also work closely with project/product

managers to ensure that project goals and timelines are met.

The Technical Lead is responsible for leading a team of developers and guiding them through the development process. They need to be able to communicate effectively, motivate and inspire their team, and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

The Technical Lead is responsible for ensuring that the code produced by the team is of high quality and meets industry standards and best practices. They should be able to provide guidance and feedback to team members to improve code quality and maintainability.

The Technical Lead should be able to work effectively with other technical leads, stakeholders, including product managers, business analysts, and other developers. They should be able to communicate technical information effectively and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
