Packhouse Consultant

**Robertson Area, Western Cape (first 6 months) thereafter Nelspruit/ Hoedspruit or Burgersfort Area - Limpopo**: Our client is looking for a Packhouse Consultant to join the team.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Relevant degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant
- Ability to compile and write reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Continuous improvement mind-set
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to identify critical trends/patterns like solving problems in a creative way
- Enjoy data analysis (gathering information)
- MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Are process focused
- Self-driven personality with ability to function independently
- Effective communication skills (Englis & Afrikaans)
- Driver’s license
- Willing to travel for extended periods

**KEY ACCOUNTABLE AREAS**
- Investigating and analyzing production methods and processes to identify improvements to drive efficiency, reduce cost and eliminate waste
- Actively seeking out best practices to share and implement at the sites
- Develop world class operational excellence practices based on lean manufacturing principles
- Analyze production information to identify and prioritize improvement projects
- Change management communication during implementation of new initiatives
- Implement measurement systems & monitor the usage thereof
