**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Aviation, or related field
- 2 years of experience within a service-focused role in the aviation industry
- Keen eye for small details
- Confident in completing logs and paperwork
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Health and Safety Certification would be an advantage
- Driver's License would be an advantage

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the planning and execution of flight paths
- Analyze aircraft performance, considering loading, en route winds, and weather forecasts
- Monitor Aircraft arrival and departure times and adjust schedules when there are delays
- Liaise with the ground crew to ensure that various tasks, including refueling and cleaning, have been completed
- Prepare flight paperwork for crew and ensure they receive it
- Ensure that all passengers and luggage are loaded onto the aircraft
- Prepare flight paperwork such as flight plans, passenger lists, and any other documentation required
- Ensure that pre-flight safety and compliance tasks have been carried out
- Work alongside the captain to authorize the dispatch of said aircraft
- Operate various equipment such as air bridges, stairs, and lifts as required
