**POSITION: SCHEDULER**

**REPORTS TO: Operations Support Manager**

**Purpose of the position**

The InstallerNet SA Scheduler need to confirm and schedule work and manage all admin.

**Areas of Responsibilities**
- Responsible to efficiently plan and co-ordinate new installations, de-installation, re-installation, repairs and health checks for all Optix clients on all Optix products ranges where required.
- Ensure successful implementation and repair services of all Optix product ranges within all client organizations.
- Address technical issues that may arise during deployment or repair work and escalate where required.
- Ensure daily feedback is provided to Optix Logistics.
- Promptly processing new and existing tickets generated by the ticket system, ensure it is updated at all times and completed within the given timeframe by Management.
- Combine InstallerNet SA Stats on a weekly basis.
- Perform related duties as assigned or as Management requires.
- Follow all InstallerNet SA and workflow.
- Update and Fitment Centre invoices, when needed.

**Experience, Skills & Requirements**
- Proven admin or assistant experience.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent writing, typing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.

**Personal Attributes**
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Must be a team player and be flexible.
- Positive and calm attitude.
- Follow instructions as given by Management.

**Education & Training**
- Grade 12 or Equivalent
