**Qualifications** Key Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum of **15 years of experience** in IT, with a strong development background.
- Proven experience in the **banking domain**, including Cards, Payments, Digital Channels, FinCrime, Regulatory Compliance, and Core Banking.
- Strong **integration experience** across various platforms and deep knowledge of **cloud technologies** (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Ability to work effectively with **senior executives** and influence decision-making at the highest levels.
- Excellent **communication skills** and the ability to present complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong **problem-solving skills** and the ability to thrive under pressure with a flexible and adaptable attitude.

**Additional Information** Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Planning & Architecture Design**:

- Design and maintain enterprise-wide IT architecture, ensuring alignment with the organization’s business goals.
- Lead the architecture of banking-specific systems such as Cards, Payments, Digital Channels, FinCrime, and Core Banking.
- Ensure architecture frameworks are robust, scalable, and secure to meet both current and future business needs.
- ** Integration & Cloud Expertise**:

- Lead the integration of systems across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance optimization.
- Develop and implement cloud strategies to support the bank's digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on scalability and cost-efficiency.
- ** Collaboration & Leadership**:

- Work closely with senior bank executives, offering technical insight to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of IT projects under tight deadlines.
- Foster a culture of collaboration across IT and business units to ensure alignment on project objectives and outcomes.
- ** Governance & Compliance**:

- Ensure that all architectural frameworks comply with regulatory standards and financial industry best practices.
- Provide oversight and governance for architecture-related decisions, ensuring consistency and risk mitigation.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with banking-specific regulatory compliance and risk management solutions.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and agile methodologies.
