**Overview**:
**Minimum requirements**:

- Degree (NQF Level 7) in fields of Accounting OR Finance OR Economics
- Chartered Accountant (SA)
- Certificate in Municipal Financial Management (SAQA Qualification ID 48965) (to be completed within 18 months)
- Minimum of seven (7) years at senior and middle management level, of which at least 3 years must be at senior management level.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting.
- Auditing experience will be an added advantage
