Requirements
- First degree or BTech (Built Environment) and or with Project

Management
- Up to five (5) years relevant experience

bodies or eligibility for registration would be advantageous
- Computer literacy
- Valid Code B driver’s licence.

Key Performance Areas
- Perform project management with community facilitation, project

planning, and implementation up till closing of projects
- Estimate budgets for projects managing projects throughout their

course
- Ensure that all projects comply with project life cycle phases by

initiating, defining, planning, executing and closure
- Ensure that Modern Basic project management, concept, tool and

techniques are applied and adhered to Compiling project reports for

clients regarding expenditure and progress on site
- Provide project management expertise with a range of facilitation

activities during the implementation of specific maintenance and

upgrade projects in the regions
- Arrange necessary meetings with all stakeholders to discuss and

decide on issues relating to planning, design, construction,

approvals, financial and other relevant issues regarding

implementation of the specific projects.
- Prepare specifications and preparing tender documents and assist

the SPO Quantity Surveyor with a range of procurement

management activities during the implementation of specific

maintenance and upgrade projects in the region
- Prepare agendas, facilitating at meetings and writing reports
- Investigate new and standard techniques within the CRU

maintenance & upgrade projects, engineering and building CRU

disciplines.
- Liaise and communicate with all stakeholders regarding project

information and updates
- Development and training of technical staff in key business

processes and procedures relating to project and general
