**Our Tea Plant Warehouse Team in Capricorn is currently looking for vibrant, honest, reliable, and motivated individual to join their team**

**Purpose**:

- The overall purpose of this role is to pick warehouse stock accurately and efficiently as well as assist in finished goods warehouse/ blending room as and when required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Checking picking requirements against relevant picking information.
- Ensure picking activities are conducted diligently.
- Completing picking documentation fully and accurately on the tablet using Translution program
- Operate blending machine as and when required and ensure quality meets company standards and customer specifications.
- Ensure all relevant documentation with regards to screening if filled in diligently.
- Ensure all start up and shutdown checks are performed as per departmental registers.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good numeracy skills
- Attention to detail and work well under pressure
- Good housekeeping skills
- Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
- Good product knowledge
- Able to understand and read job cards/ filling sheets effectively on a tablet
- Willing and able to work shifts and overtime, as and when required
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 25kg

**Housekeeping, Health, Safety & Environment**:

- To ensure that housekeeping is maintained in the areas that you work, to reduce any HSE risks.
- Adhere to Company Health, Safety and Environmental rules at all times. Report any non-conformances and incidents to your immediate Supervisor prior to the end of your shift.

**BRC & Food Safety Enforcement & Implementation**:

- Adherence to BRC and any other applicable Food Safety procedures and standards as set by the company & ensures that fellow team members adhere to these standards.
- Ensure that product traceability is diligently maintained through accurate recording of traceability information.
