**Minimum requirements.**

LLB Degree completed and Admitted as Attorney.

Minimum 3 years working experience.

Stable employment record and contactable references.

Experience in Commercial and Corporate Law.

Drafting of legal agreements such as, Non-Disclosure, Employment confidentiality. Service Level Agreements, Restraint and Surety, Terms of reference and policies.

Have working knowledge of South African Labours Laws( LRA and BCEA)

Disciplinary and CCMA.

Drafting of notices and letters when required.

Analytical thinker.

Excellent judgmental skills.

Excellent planning and organizing skills.

Assertive.

Excellent verbal and communication skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
