**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Produce detailed MEP designs and drawings in Autodesk Revit based on project specifications and guidelines.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure MEP designs are integrated seamlessly with other building systems.

Maintain a library of Revit families and drawing templates for standard components.

Ensure all MEP drawings are compliant with industry standards and codes.

Make necessary revisions to designs and drawings as instructed by engineers or project leads.

Attend project meetings to discuss progress and address any challenges related to MEP designs.

Contribute to the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process by modeling and detailing building services components.

Continuously update skills and knowledge on the latest Revit MEP features and industry best practices.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit MEP for drafting.

Solid understanding of MEP systems and their components.

Familiarity with relevant local and international standards and building codes.

Experience in coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale projects.

Previous exposure to BIM workflows and collaboration tools would be advantageous.
