Business Development Consultant

Our Company, based in Randburg, has an available position for a highly motivated, results-driven **Business Development Consultant** to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. We are in the business of prepaid meters (electrical, water & gas). You will be sourcing business from end users, landlords, commercial landlords etc.)

You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track records in outbound sales
- Sales experience is essential
- 3 Years proven experience cold calling
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- **Minimum targets** achieved of **250,000.00 per month or preferably more**:

- **Ability to source own leads**:

- Experience in meeting with potential clients, sourcing solutions, quoting and securing the sale
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
- Verifiable experience in negotiation skills - not negotiable
- Verifiable experience in closing deals - not negotiable
- Experience with Google Suite, Fresh Sales an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets daily, weekly and monthly
- **MUST** be Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Computer literate and able to learn new computer software easily
- Willingness to learn our processes, follow these processes and understand the industry
- Must be South African Citizen
- Possess a valid unendorsed driver’s license - light motor vehicle

**In order to be considered, you need to have**:

- Own car - we cover fuel for business meetings and we also have a company car that can be booked out for same
- Cell phone (with a limit)
- VOIP communication from your laptop
- Good quality laptop
- You must have experience in line with our requirements
- You need to have a suitable uninterrupted power supply so that you can keep working during load shedding, wifi and data - company does not pay for your data

**Remote work**: we work on a hybrid plan - some office/some remote (determined by the company)

**Remuneration**:

- R10,000.00 negotiable dependent on experience
- Commission paid from 1st sale
