A career opportunity has arisen in the **Warehouse** **Department - Premier CDC Lords View - Midrand. **This position is responsible for the debriefing of vehicles upon return from delivery rounds.
**Qualification Requirements**:
- Matric/ Grade 12
**Experience Requirements**:
- 2-4 Years’ experience in FMCG Warehouse environment.
**Key Outputs**:
- Daily receiving of trade returned stock from vehicles returning with/from deliveries (local and speed fleet).
- Receiving of Claims, POD’s DRN’s for credit from customers from drivers returning from deliveries.
- Ensure that all stock received are in different categories as per Debrief Procedure.
- Comparing the actual returned weight to the weight claimed by the customer.
- Ensuring all the documentation pertaining to deliveries are complete with, POD’s etc., this documentation is then submitted as complete for further processing.
- Ensure correct return codes have been used for the relevant returns.
- Raise NCR’s for all non - conformances.
- Transferring of all received stock to the rework area following proper hand over procedures. Separate new or good stock returns from damaged and expired returns.
- Transfer stock to the warehouse when the relevant documentation has been completed C11 and C12 file.
- Keeping record and completing all necessary documentation to facilitate the returns process. (Update Debrief report daily before shift end when required).
- Daily highlighting and reporting on big quantities variances w.r.t. weight and shortages etc.
- Recording of pallet returns.
- Maintain and ensure housekeeping, safety and food safety are up to standard with Premier’s health and safety policies and procedures. See below:
- Escalate any suspicious behaviour
- When required to, do Rd’s complete as per process and leave the documentation on the supervisor’s desk to capture the following morning.
- Continuous training to be attended as and when required.
- Attend and participate actively in Invocom meetings.
- Any other instruction as per authorised person (supervisor) from time to time.
- Always maintain good work ethics.
