**Interim Assistant to the Director (3-month contract/secondment)**
**The Division of People and Culture**
**Main Objectives**
To provide specialised project, organizational, and administrative support to the Director and the Division.
**The Requirements**
A B. Degree (preferably in human resources) or equivalent plus approximately four (4) years relevant experience where such experience includes:
- Previous administrative experience where planning, coordinating, and executing high-level and complex administrative processes and projects was a key responsibility and where the job required a high degree of multi-tasking
- At least one (1) year of human-resource-related administrative experience working with an HR management information system
- Previous experience handling queries (staff, members of the public, etc.)
- Report writing and data analysis experience

**Remuneration per annum (Grade 11)**:
Basic Pensionable Salary per annum: R 401 952.00
Cost to Company per annum (Approximately): R 539 645.00
