**Senior Vehicle Tracking Administrator**
Purpose: A vacancy exists for a Senior Vehicle Tracking Administrator at the Krugersdorp Campus / Office. The position will report to the Group Fleet Analyst. The overall purpose of this position is to manage the support and administration of Vehicle Tracking and Telematics (of various types) within the Group

**Minimum experience, requirements and qualifications**:

- Grade 12 / Matric
- Valid Driver’s Licence - with own reliable transport.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Telematics
- Proficiency in Microsoft package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong Excel knowledge is essential.
- Ability to liaise professionally with Suppliers, personnel, and management at all levels.
- Ability to work without supervision, under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work extended hours if and when required.
- Report writing skills.
- Communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must be willing to travel
- No criminal record or any pending cases
**Job Description / KPA: (not totally inclusive)**:

- Coordinate Group/Bulk fitments - Group Liaison for Fitments, De-installs and Repairs
- Grant / Register User Access
- Provide support for Desktop and Mobile Telematics platforms
- Keep and maintain record of the Telematics Devices installed in the Group Fleet
- Manage ALL Tracking Services including Billing Recons and distribution
- Send out Daily/Weekly reporting of Overspeed and Health Checks
- Exception Reporting
- Compile Reports on Request
- Carry out Virtual and Physical User Training with Branches every Month
- Attend all meetings where and when required
- Oversee CSA Tracking and Monitoring Team
- Perform monthly reconciliation on inactive units and deactivation on disposed vehicles.
