**Query and Resolution**
- First time tracking query complaints resolution.
- Execution and feedback on daily / monthly reports.
- Handling of collections in a timorously manner.
- Benchmark of 1 escalated query per month.
- Vehicle Inspections.
- Monitoring of movement reports.
- Updated vehicle register

**Asset & Fleet Management**
- Compliance of vehicle services intervals & general maintenance of vehicles
- Updated equipment registers
- Maintain vehicle expenditure records
- Monitoring of fleet expenditure

**Customer Relationships**
- Maintain good working relationship with all relevant stakeholders and employees.
- Relationship with district management
- Relationship with hubs management
- Actively involved in additional stakeholder communication forums
- Participation in query resolution
- Relationship with other support partners
- Relationship with Medipost & PUP team

**People Management**
- Management of attendance & time keeping of staff
- Management of absenteeism & leave management
- Staff performance management
- IR knowledge and implementation
- Teambuilding initiatives
- Optimum staff utilization
- Knowledge of HR processes
- General Housekeeping of offices/ facility/ scanning stations
- Adherence to Travel Policy & Optimum Cost Saving

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12
- National Diploma (3yrs) or Higher in Logistics / Distribution / Freight / Courier or Supply Chain Management/ Business Management
- Computer Literacy - Microsoft Package
- Valid Driver’s License code 8 or higher.

**Experience**:

- 6 months to 1 year relevant/ Related experience
- 1 or more years junior managerial experience, coupled with a strategic outlook and focus.
- 2 or more years administrative experience

**Competencies**:

- Branch delivery SLA of 99%
- Ensuring drivers delivering on average of 40 deliveries (stops) per day
- Manage accurate deliveries to signee and co-signee only
- Responsible for overall housekeeping and maintenance of fleet and premises
