**Role Overview**:
As a Technical Project Manager at Realm Digital, you will lead complex digital projects with technical depth, ensuring seamless delivery from initiation to completion. You will spearhead cross-functional teams, focusing on Agile methodologies (SCRUM and Kanban) and leveraging your technical expertise to optimise workflows and deliver high-impact solutions. This role requires robust experience in managing digital environments, driving innovation, and ensuring project alignment with strategic goals while delivering exceptional client value.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee multiple high-profile technical digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with industry-leading standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, deliverables, technical resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Implement and champion Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM and Kanban, to foster efficient, iterative development cycles and team synergy.
- Lead client engagements with a technical lens, translating complex requirements into actionable project plans, while ensuring continuous alignment with client needs.
- Facilitate SCRUM meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive technical team alignment and adaptability.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, quality assurance, and infrastructure teams to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, leveraging technical know-how to proactively resolve challenges.
- Monitor and report on project performance, utilizing KPIs and advanced analytics to deliver strategic insights to stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement across technical processes, advocating for best practices and innovation within the team.

**Essential Skills, Attributes & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or equivelant experience.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in digital, software, or technology-focused organisations.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly SCRUM and Kanban, with a strong track record of managing technically complex projects in these environments.
- Consulting experience or exposure would be advantageous.
- Exceptional organisational skills with technical aptitude to handle resource planning and multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, leveraging technical knowledge to address issues efficiently and creatively.
- Strong leadership abilities, inspiring technical teams and driving collaboration toward shared objectives.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools like Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, or similar platforms.
